Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the SameRust website, account features, Rust server access features, and optional digital products operated under the SameRust brand.

Payments may be provided through one or more authorized payment providers. Depending on the checkout route, a provider may act as merchant of record, reseller, payment processor, or billing agent for the transaction. The provider shown at checkout handles payment processing, sales tax or VAT where applicable, receipts, subscription management, billing support, and eligible refunds. Provider terms shown during checkout also apply to that transaction.

SameRust sells optional digital subscriptions and in-game access perks for the SameRust Rust game server. Products may include VIP access, queue priority where technically available, cosmetic or status features, and listed server membership benefits.

• Products are digital access rights only.
• Products do not include physical goods or physical delivery.
• Products do not include gambling, betting, games of chance, randomized paid prizes, loot boxes, financial products, crypto assets, marketplace rights, or human services.
• Products have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, resold, traded, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money or third-party value.

You may need a Steam account and a SameRust account connection to use purchased perks. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for making sure your Steam ID or other account identifier is correct before purchase or activation.

You must follow the SameRust server rules, anti-cheat requirements, and fair play requirements. We may suspend or remove access where an account is involved in cheating, fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, harassment, attempts to bypass bans, or other harmful activity.

Prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. We or the applicable payment provider may add taxes during checkout based on your location and the legal requirements that apply to the sale.

For billing questions, invoices, cancellation, and refund requests, use the receipt, buyer support link, subscription management link, or other contact method provided for your checkout route.

Some products may be recurring subscriptions if stated at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The price, billing period, renewal timing, and included perks are shown before checkout.

You can cancel a subscription through the link in your receipt, through the buyer or subscription portal where available, or by contacting the relevant billing support channel. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the current paid period unless a refund is approved or the account violates these terms.

Digital access is normally delivered after payment confirmation. Some perks may require you to connect your Steam account, join the relevant SameRust server, select a server in the purchase flow, or activate the perk in-game.

Delivery can be delayed by payment review, server maintenance, game updates, account mismatch, or technical issues. If delivery does not appear after payment confirmation, contact support at support@samerust.com with your order email or transaction ID and your Steam ID.

SameRust is an online game server service, so availability can be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, game updates, anti-cheat requirements, server wipes, capacity limits, attacks, or other events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, immediate queue entry, gameplay results, rank, competitive advantage, or a particular server population.

Queue priority improves placement where technically available and capacity allows, but it does not guarantee instant access. Cosmetic features are visual, profile, status, or convenience features only. Purchased contents are listed before checkout and are not randomized.

Refunds are handled under the checkout route used for the purchase. Where a payment provider acts as merchant of record or authorized reseller, that provider may handle eligible refunds. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Our Refund Policy is available at SameRust Refund Policy.

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded product or subscription will stop.

We may update perks, server rules, product names, prices for future purchases, technical delivery methods, or these terms from time to time. Changes will not remove mandatory rights that apply to you under consumer protection law.

SameRust is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios, Valve, Steam, or any third-party game publisher or platform. Rust, Steam, and related marks belong to their respective owners. You must follow applicable game, platform, and server rules when using SameRust.
